What is Summer Challenge?

Summer Challenge is an activity calendar organized by Oslo Maraton in collaboration with Mental Health. Together we have created an activity calendar that runs from July 1st to 31st in 2025, where we challenge you to move a little every day in the form of minutes. You choose which form of movement you want, whether you run, walk, play tennis, swim, etc.

Every registration helps support Mental Health's work with their helpline. One registration - one call.

Summer Challenge is an activity calendar created by Oslo Marathon and Mental Health. Together we want to focus on what physical health can do to mental health, but also how important it is to see and talk to those around you.

As a participant in Summer Challenge, you contribute to Mental Health being able to answer more people who call their Helpline. The Helpline is a free, 24-hour telephone service for anyone who needs someone to talk to. The line is open every day, year-round, even on public holidays.
