Join an active July! 

Together with Mental Health, Oslo Maraton has created the Summer Challenge! You can choose between 4 different challenges, each of which tells you how many minutes you must move per day. Do you want to move for 10 minutes or 2 hours? Choose the challenge that best suits you and join an active July!

In addition to being challenged to move every day, we also give you tips and inspiration for sessions and activities that you can complete in the daily minute challenges or as an extra challenge! 

Also we will give you a personal challenge or advice each day. For example, we encourage you to call a friend and ask how they are doing, or an example of advice could be: "Is your mind filled with too many thougts? Write it down! Make a list". We want people to become more aware of how little it takes to make your day a little bit better - both for yourself and those around you.

One Entry - One Phonecall

​​​​​​This means that your participation in Sommerchallenge helps Mental Helse to answer more calls from people who call their helpline. Their lines are open 24 hours a day, all year round - and the more people they can have on hand to answer the call, the more they can help.

You can win prices every week! 

At the end of each week in July, we will draw some lucky participants who will win prizes from of our partners! To be in the draw, you must have completed at least 4 of the 7 challenges during the current week. You can do it!

If you choose challenge 1, you will be challenged to move between 10-20 minutes every day. Maybe it's 10 minutes one day and 18 minutes the next day. You can do whatever you want - swimming, hiking, playing soccer, mowing the lawn in the garden - you decide. The most important thing for us is that you move and do something you find fun or good for yourself!

If you choose challenge 2, you will be challenged to move between 20-40 minutes every day. Maybe it's 22 minutes one day and 35 minutes the next day. You can do whatever you want - swimming, hiking, playing soccer, mowing the lawn in the garden - you decide. The most important thing for us is that you move and do something you find fun or good for yourself!

If you choose challenge 3, you will be challenged to move between 40-60 minutes every day. Maybe it's 45 minutes one day and 53 minutes the next day. You can do whatever you want - swimming, hiking, playing soccer, mowing the lawn in the garden - you decide. The most important thing for us is that you move and do something you find fun or good for yourself!

If you choose challenge 4, you will be challenged to move between 60-120 minutes every day. Maybe it's 70 minutes one day and 110 minutes the next day. You can do whatever you want - swimming, hiking, playing soccer, mowing the lawn in the garden - you decide. The most important thing for us is that you move and do something you find fun or good for yourself!
